TALK ABOUT ME
Ethan was Stuart's friend and I always liked when he'd come around for dinner. The boys would hint to their adventures work related or otherwise and I was a captive audience, made more captive when Mum tried to discourage the conversation.
It was all fun, fond memories.
But now... I find myself hating him. Not always and never sincerely, but sometimes it's hard to greet him with a hug. Sometimes it was just easier to pretend I was asleep in my room. But I know that was unfair. Now that we are going to be working together, I hope he respects my abilities, but I don't doubt that we'll get along. He's the little bit of family I have left.
THEN I'LL TALK ABOUT YOU
Deirdre has always been like a little sister to me. Perhaps not always, but once Stuart and I became good pals, I started seeing her more as he saw her, which apparently would always be - always have been - like the little girl he'd left at home when he first went to Hogwarts. She's grown up a lot, and I now feel obligated to worry about her in his place now that he's gone. I feel awkward when around her, a feeling that has become more problematic now that she's started the auror training program. I was grateful to learn that I wouldn't be involved with her training, not as her official mentor at least. I will, of course, see her almost every day and I can't help but feel responsible for her.

TALK ABOUT ME
Ethan's one of those people you expect to hear about in the papers for murdering a load of people. I only say that because he's so nice and quiet, and that's what they usually say about these sorts of people when they're found out, isn't it? "He was always so nice to everyone, I never would have suspected." I honestly don't think he's capable of committed cold-blooded murder, but he's so mild-tempered that I can only imagine what it's like when he loses it.

I had a dream about Sarah Jane during our fifth year and I haven't been able to look at her the same since. That isn't to say I fancy her, but I think my subconscious does. She's really nice, though, so luckily things aren't too awkward whenever we're in the same room, which isn't often now that we're both out of Hogwarts, but I catch her down the pub every now and again.
