BIOGRAPHY
Alice was born two days before the day of love on the twelveth of February. It was cold and there was frost upon the ground outside but inside the Logan's household in Cambridge is was toasty warm. As her father waited impatiently outside the master bedroom he paced up and down the hall waiting for the moment his wife would give birth. He wanted to be in their with her but knew he'd only end up with a broken hand as his wife's grip tightened upon his. It wasn't until he heard his daughter's first cry did he dare open the door as her burst in to see the little op of fiery red hair sat upon her head as she was cradled within her mothers arms. It was clear from the start that Alice looked very much so like her mother her hair colouring be a feature that she got unmistakeably from her alone. It would also become clearer later on that Alice would be the spitting image of her.
Alice's little feet where the only little pitter patter upon the floor board until two years later when her mother gave birth to her second and final child. Jessica Marie. Though this time instead of pacing the halls of their home Alice's father took her out to the wizarding village of Hogsmeade where he bought her some sweets from Hogsmeade while her little sister was being born. When they got back Alice sat on the bed by her mother and looked at her little baby sister fast asleep in her mothers protective arms. As both she and her sister grew older Alice started to dress her up like she was her living, breathing barbie doll. He mother wasn't always impressed when she had to wash of her make up from the pair of them she was glad they was having fun.
Though one day when Alice was eight she and her sister where playing a game of tag in the house. Alice was running away from her sister down the stairs and was about the go run around the sofa when she heard a thud, thud, thud. Turning around she saw Jessica falling down the last few stairs and land almost lifelessly upon the carpet at the bottom. Alice didn't know what to due as her sister wasn't moving or even making any noise. She was scared that she was dead and so began crying loudly which alerted her mother to something begin wrong. When she saw what happened she immediately whisked both her daughters to St. Mungo's and while there one of the nurses contacted Alice father who come and comforted her while her was with Jessica. Luckily Jessica only had a few broken bones and a concussion but the memory was forever burned into Alice memory.
Upon the summer Alice was elven she received her Hogwarts acceptance letter which made both of her parents very proud as they took her to go and get her first wand from Mr. Ollivanders. Alice ended up going through four wands before she was given the wand that she still holds today, a eleven and a half inch red oak with a phoenix feather core. Also while in Diagon Alley Alice was bought her first ever pet which was a cat since Alice had inherited her father fear of birds with the only acceptation being that of owls. She chosen a ginger tom cat which was a fiery as the colouring of her mothers hair and she named him Cameron but in her younger days often refereed to him as Cam-Cat. He was to be he little reminder of home while she was away at the wizarding school.
Upon arriving at Hogwarts Alice was dazzled be the magic that surrounded the place and was amazed by the enchantments placed upon the castle. She wasn't to please with the boat ride across the lake at first as the boats seemed old and rickety but one her she laid eyes upon the castle the state of the boat she was in quickly left her thoughts. She followed her soon to be classmates up the winding path into the castle and once she was processing down he center aisle of the great hall she could have sworn that her jaw dropped. The floating candles and the bewitched ceiling was certainly a sight to behold as she made her way to the front of the fall. Once he name was called Alice wondered if they had a different hat as this one didn't suit her at all, but still she sat and was after a minute of debate from the hat was placed in Gryffindor.
Alice was one who made friends relatively and got along quite well with her fellow house mates. She flourished in a social environment and loved spending time with her fellow Gryffindors. When it came around to classes Alice found her strengths in her head of houses discipline of transfiguration and also was adept in defense of the dark arts. So Alice was encouraged to join the dueling club and was glad when she did as she found herself to be a excellent duelist. At first some mistook her to just be a little and an easy win but she soon showed them that she was a fierce as the animal adorned upon her house crest as she duel fearlessly against her opponents. She proved a fair match to many a student and is was a commonly seen face in the club itching for her next duel despite her some what barbie doll appearance.
As she grew up into her teens Alice became an avid follower of Witch Weekly Magazine and she son came to idolize it in a way, never daring to throw away a copy for fear it may one day it would be of some use to her. It was then she found her love for floral print and began experimenting with various styles become a trend setter and not a follower. Alice even went as far to enter the competitions that they held and won one, so she spent a day out with the editor which was like a dream come true for her. She got to try out new fashions and was given a goody bag of things to take home with her as well as her photograph in the next edition to celebrate her win. That edition is one Alice will never give away as she had always dreamt of her face being in witch weekly magazine.
Though while Alice loved her fashion and her high heals it as once or twice caused her some trouble. In her third year she nearly had an bird try and nest in her hair which was horrifying considering her fear of birds. Also in her fifth year her 'Bambi' legs caused her peril as she tripped down a flight of stones stairs hitting her head as she went down. She woke up later that day in the hospital a bandage around her head and her glasses on the side table. She was often chided by the school nurse for not wearing her glasses as she needed them to read and see far distances. But Alice rather hated them only wishing to wear them in class to learn. She deems them to be unfashionable and so doesn't want to wear them.
In her later year of Hogwarts Alice started to date a Mr. Frank Longbottom. She has secret had a crush on him from her forth year but they didn't start going out properly until their seventh year. Ever since they started dating they where like a couple of start stuck lovers holding hands and acting all sweet and innocent around each other as they weren't big on public displays of kissing in the hallway preferring to show their feeling more openly behind closed doors. Together with Frank, Alice found herself to feel a lot stronger, so together they made it through the grueling N.E.W.T exams and graduated Hogwarts.
After graduating Hogwarts they both entered the ministry's auror program wanting to help battle the evil that was beginning to stir. It was the summer after graduating that Frank proposed to Alice and they where engaged to be wed the following summer upon one year of the anniversary of their engagement. And so Alice became Mrs. Frank Longbottom and quite happy to do so. Alice and Frank made a strong unit both as a married couple, co-workers as they continued their auror training. So when they was asked to join the Order they didn't need to think twice before pledging their names to the cause to stop the dark wizards from rising. They where already training to be auror's so new a fair few faces at the meetings from both work and also friends from their school days.
Though around Christmas time in 1979 it was discovered that Alice was in fact pregnant. This made both Alice and Frank insanely happy. Though it did mean that Alice would have to do one of two things, she would either have to take a break from her Auror training or push for an earlier testing before her pregnancy would make it even harder to pass. And she didn't want to put her baby in danger to pass a test. So she explained her situation and she was allowed to take the test early the next Spring along with Frank and thankfully they both passed and became fully fledged Auror's in the Spring of 1980.
Thankfully being new on the Auror block they wasn't given anything too strenuous to do with Alice mostly filling out paper work. But upon the 30th July Alice gave birth to her first and only son with Frank whom they named Neville. Alice was over joyed with her little boy and couldn't have been a proud mother of him. For the time she had off work she spent it with him and arranging play dates with other children. She also got herself back to her normal figure as well as back into heels that had been too uncomfortable to wear with the swollen feet she had from her pregnancy. Though she returned to work in the new year with both her parents and her sister helping take care of her darling baby boy.
Now able to do more strenuous things Alice found herself out in the field a lot more and facing the dark arts of the death eaters. Being both member of the Order and Auror's both Alice and Frank defied the dark lord three times meaning that their son Neville was one of the two children of the prophecy. Though while the Dark Lord himself focus upon Alice's friends and fellow order members, James and Lily with their son Harry, four death eater where sent to deal with her and Frank. What made it more frightening was that Alice recognized some of their voices from Hogwarts which made the whole ordeal even more frightening when it happened. She couldn't remember the face or names of them but some certain where familiar to her.
Both Alice and Frank where tortured by the four cruelly with the cruciartous curse, which caused Alice pain that was even worse than child breath. Though Frank tried to stand up to them and protect Alice and Neville which was his fatal mistake which cost him his life. The death eaters that had been torturing Alice then turn to him and in the end Frank was tortured to death. While it had saved Alice's and Neville's life, to Alice it was too high of a price that Frank had paid. And worst of all she had seen it all happen before her eyes as she laid their helplessly from her own torture.
Alice wasn't sure what made the death eaters leave as she was in shock and distress of what had just happened. The next thing she was being treated in St. Mungo's for the torture she had received from the curse as well as for the shock of the events that had unfolded. Since the attack Alice hasn't been able to go back to the home that she had shared with Frank having moved back to Cambridge to live with her parents to help her look after Neville. A week later Frank's funeral was held and Alice had to say her final farewell to man she had loved since she was fourteen. Now Alice is throwing herself into her work in order to try and help ensure that nobody else suffers the same unfortunate fate that he beloved Frank did.
