Physical Description: Ash is a pretty girl who is aware of the fact, but she doesn't think she is as pretty as others have pointed out in her life. Thinking that she is nice enough. At times she thinks herself to be too skinny and wishes to put some weight on her bones which hurt when she bangs them but no matter what she eats she stays the same way. Ash doesn't like her nose and thinks her eyes are her best feature, along with her hair which she loves to keep long.
She has very smooth, clear and soft skin which she had gotten from her grandmother on her dad's side. She likes to keep it in this condition as much as possible and wears very little make-up, liking just to wear some mascara and add some colour to her lips which she feels look strange bare. Sometimes she might put a light colour of eyeshadow on but that's about it. She doesn't take long to get ready day to day and only spends more time on her looks for special occasions.
Mostly seen wearing casual muggle clothing. Her style can vary on her mood, sometimes she wears quite plain or girlie clothes mostly in the spring and summer, where other times (mostly in winter and autumn) she likes to go a bit darker with her style. Basically Ash doesn't care what she wears, as long as she likes it and looks good on her, she is a girl of many tastes and styles.

History
Early Years
Mya Ashlynn Rosespoon was born to muggle parents William and Lynn Rosespoon in Derbyshire. She is a only child, her mother did want more children but had problems not long after Ash was born. She has a small family that is full of love which she has always gotten along with and loves spending time with.
Mya was chosen as her first name as her mother didn't want anyone shorting her name. Which of course soon changed when starting at Hogwarts, there was already another Mya a few years above her so she was called Ash to stop the confusion. Ashlynn was chosen because Lynn is her mothers name while Ashley is that of her dead Auntie.
Mya never got to know her fathers parents or siblings, the family did not approve of her fathers marriage to her mother. Because of this she is sure that they have no idea she exists and can only guess to why they disapproved as her parents do not wish to talk about the subject. On her mothers side she had one uncle and aunt, her auntie passed away at a young age who Mya never got to meet. While her uncle had ran off with a woman a few years before she was born.
Though she had no aunts and uncles she got on really well with her other set of Grandparents on her mothers side. She use to love visiting them and had her own room there for when she needed a nap as a young toddler or stayed over. Her Grandparents had a black lab dog which was called Shadow which Mya loved to pieces and got her into loving animals in general. She use to love playing with him, taking him to the local park and just sitting in the room at her grandparents that was labeled as hers and talk to him for hours on end. She had been very upset when the dog had passed away when she was six. But by then she had her own dog which her parents got her when she was three, having seen how much she loved the animals. Mya's dog had been a golden retriever called Mitzi.
Mya was a normal child, going to school which she got good grades from, hanging out with a few selected friends but she never felt complete and always felt like there was something missing in her life. But could never put her finger on what exactly it was, she had a nice home with loving parents and great friends, her life seemed complete. Even with the strange happenings that seemed to happen around her. One time she wanted to stop a boy laughing at one of her friends who had fallen over in the mud, she blinked and when she opened her eyes the boy had mud all over his clothes even though he hadn't appeared to move.
At school Mya wanted to try everything she possibly could, signing up to quite a few after school classes but didn't keep them all. One of the few she did continue to keep doing was that of Netball, being the one staying by the hoop and stopping the other team from scoring which she was quiet good at thanks to her height. (Always being slightly on the taller side of things compared to her fellow female students). Another she did was Drama, loving to mess about and pretend to be someone else for a few hours. The last two was Dancing and Tennis. Her grandmother taught her to play the piano which she loved making beautiful music with. Though that all changed after the death of her grandparents. When Mya was seven years old her grandparents were in a car crash and did not survive, she hasn't played the piano much since. Something that was usually just between her grandmother and herself.
William Rosespoon was an muggle engineer while Lynn was a baker and owed her own bakery and has done since Mya was ten having saved up enough to start her own. Lynn has taught her daughter how to bake the basics over the years with cookies, muffins and cupcakes and even a little cooking. It was around this time that she started getting a little more rebellious, starting to hate being the sweet goody two shoes girl all the time. Mya successfully ditched school once without her parents finding out, though she did leave school in the middle of the day and not miss it altogether. She was good at breaking the rules without being caught, luck always seeming to be on her side. When someone tried to tell an adult it was indeed Mya that had done something they wouldn't believe it, thinking that student was lying to them. After all, sweet innocent Mya wouldn't do such a thing. The first time she was drunk was age ten, upon trying a glass of Vodka and coke at a New Years eve party her family had gone to, curious to how it tasted.
Hogwarts
Mya found out what was missing when she got her letter for Hogwarts and someone came by explaining she was a witch. She couldn't wait to go to her new school and learn everything she could. She felt at peace and home at the castle, people soon nicknaming her Ash which she loved. Which was due to a Mya already being in Gryffindor a couple years ahead of the first years. At Hogwarts she has made many friends over the years both in other students and that of the teachers who like her for not only herself but because of her good grades, Ash is hardworking and always eager to learn. Her favourite lessons were that of Charms and Care of Magical Creatures which is her strongest subjects.
History of Magic and Transfiguration were her weakest ones, the former usually being so dull and boring thanks to the ghostly professor. When there is something interesting to be told he still makes it seem the most boring thing on the Earth. Transfiguration on the other hand she doesn't seem to have a knack for, but doesn't see it as a problem. After all, who would want to change the desk into a farm animal? How would that be useful in a situation? Mya had her mind set on becoming a Healer or working with animals in some form her fifth or sixth year onwards.
In the holidays she always went home to spend time with her much loved parents, keeping in contact with her friends and sometimes seeing them by visiting them or them coming to stay at hers for awhile. Ash is friendly, honest and loyal to not only her family but that of her friends too. She would willingly help any one that is in need and happy to fight for causes she believes in.
Over the years Mya had got more rebellious, sneaking out after hours to wander the castle. Curious about everything in the new world she had found herself in. Though she never seemed to be caught, luck still being on her side, she has been close to a couple times. Mostly with her wandering around the castle at night at times. She liked how quiet it is, walking about to try and get herself tired enough to sleep as she is a night owl.
Ash worried over what was happening in the Wizarding World and the fact her parents were Muggles and a target. She protected them as much as possible, researching into spells that could help to protect the house along other things but as she was still a student she could only do so much. One of her fears was that of losing her parents because if she did not only would she have no family left but also no where to go. Unfortunately this happened, losing her parents at the end of 1977.
When Graduation came around, it was strange and upsetting for her not to have her parents there to see her. Mya moved around hanging with different friends and their families, not wanting to get in the way of what should be a day of family but also not wanting to be alone. When the battle at Hogsmeade started up, she stayed and helped those in need. Healing anyone she could with the spells she already knew, even some of the Thestrals that were hurt. She was lucky not to get seriously hurt, never being the best at Defense Against The Dark Arts.
Adulthood and The War
Working hard, Ash managed to get the NEWTs she needed to go into training to become a healer. She was not 100% sure which department to go in, wanting to see what her choices were, what she enjoys and is best at. After graduating she helped out in the battle of Hogsmeade, being on hand to help and heal anyone who needed it. She brought herself a lovely little cottage on the outskirts of Diagon Alley called Willow Cottage (her favourite type of tree of a Willow being in the backyard,) using money from selling her parents old home and her mothers bakery business/shop.
Present Day
Mya wants to settle down and have her own family like that of her friends but has struggled to find the right guy, having bad luck when it comes to relationships and generally falling for the wrong ones. Because of this Ash puts a lot of her time into her work when she has no one to see out of her friends. She happily babysits her friends kids when they wish to spend sometime with their partners.
