I adore Lily Evans. She reminds me so much of all of my sisters - well, not Hannah - and I mean that in the best way. I've always admired her, especially the way she put up with James for all of those years. He's so adorable, I would have broken down sooner. I'm really grateful that she and her adorable family are alright. I don't think I could have taken any more bad news hitting so closely to home.

Julia's one of my best mates. We got in a big fight during our seventh year when she said something about her sister Laura being prettier than her and I didn't disagree. I didn't agree, either, but apparently there was "something about my face" that dug my grave and she's still sore about it all these years later. I try my best not to even look at Laura Furst when Julia's around. I don't even fancy her or anything, but Julia is always staring at me, waiting for me to show some sign of preference of attraction. I will give her no such satisfaction.

Ethan makes me nervous. Julia told me once that when it came right to it she likes ice cream more than cake, which really - in my opinion - is all you need to know about a person to get a general idea of their character. In spite of this fatal flaw, she is my sister and I adore her and miss her and think the world of her. I worry she's not having enough fun, but to be honest I worry a bit that they're all not having enough fun - too distracted by living lives and earning paychecks and paying rent and all that rot. We're sisters, so we're not going to get along all the time, but we do our level best. She and I are probably the most stubborn of the four, which leads to our fights sometimes lasting a bit longer than the others. She has the best laugh though, of anyone. Seriously.

Hannah is no exception to the love I feel for my sisters. She can be a right handful most of the time and she has a tendency to come over for the weekend and stay at my flat for a month, but she's a lot fun - sometimes too much fun. I try not to worry about her too much, because look at the example I'm leading? Plus whenever I grow too cross with her she gives me cupcakes and I can't be cross when she's given me sugar. Then again, that is until I see the mess she's made in my kitchen so making the cupcakes.
